About Best VPN Test

Best VPN Test is a comparison and testing website designed to help visitors understand VPN features, compare providers and make informed decisions.

What We Do

Best VPN Test focuses on helping visitors understand and compare VPN services. We do not claim specific testing results unless they have actually been produced.

VPN comparisons — side-by-side comparison of providers across multiple categories.
VPN testing — a testing methodology applied consistently across providers.
VPN education — guides and explainers covering how VPNs work and what they do.
VPN feature explanations — plain-language explanations of features such as kill switches and no-logs policies.
Use-case comparisons — comparisons organised around priorities like streaming, gaming and privacy.
Individual VPN profiles — a dedicated profile page for each reviewed provider.

Our Approach

A simple, repeatable process: choose what matters, compare, understand, check the data, and make your own decision.

How We Test

Our testing methodology describes how we evaluate VPNs across speed, streaming, gaming, privacy, security and usability.

Our Data

We distinguish between different types of information so visitors can judge what they are reading: verified information, test data, provider information, editorial information, and data not yet available (shown as [DATA]).

Editorial Transparency

Best VPN Test is editorially independent. We buy the VPNs we test with our own money. Affiliate relationships never change scores, rankings or which providers we cover. If we cannot verify a claim, we leave it blank or mark it Pending test.

Affiliate Relationships

Some links on Best VPN Test may be affiliate links. If affiliate relationships exist, they are described in our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate relationships do not by themselves confirm editorial independence or impartiality.
